No. Nothing resets and there is nothing to catch up on. The app picks up on the day you were on.
Yes — any day you have reached, as many times as you like, from the Roadmap. Your earlier answers are kept alongside the new ones.
On your phone only. We cannot read them and we do not have a copy. That also means we cannot recover them if you lose your phone or delete the app, so export a copy from Settings if they matter to you.
Settings → Export everything. You'll get a readable file of every session, your prayer list and your answered prayers, plus your recordings.
